Job Description:
The Senior Administrative Support position works as part of the San Francisco tax service team to deliver excellent tax compliance and consulting services. The ideal candidate for this position would have tax, banking, insurance, finance and/or accounting firm experience. This position provides robust administrative support and works with team members on information return reporting and consulting engagements.
Job Qualifications:
• B.A. or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent client service skills, team work and a professional demeanor.
• Project and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
