Payroll Compliance Auditor – Entry Level
Responsibilities & Job Duties Include:
The payroll compliance audit position provides detailed analysis of findings and coordinates all analytical, technical and research tasks. The purpose of this position is to perform audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls. Will work closely with employers, clients, supervisors, managers, and partners. Compliance Auditors determine compliance with employee benefit contributions and standards in connection with financial audit reports. This is an entry-level position, however, experience is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred, not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, Access, etc. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to fast-paced environment 
• Bookkeeping or related payroll experience desired, preferably 1 year or more of experience 
• Knowledge of payroll taxes and payroll systems recommended 
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team 
• Some traveling required to client work sites within the greater Los Angeles area
