Job Description:
The Payroll Compliance Auditor position provides detailed analysis of findings and performs analytical, technical and research tasks. Works closely with the Senior Payroll Compliance Auditor(s) and Managers. Payroll Compliance Auditors perform test procedures to ascertain compliance with entertainment union and guild agreements with respect to the contractual contributions made by employers.

Job Qualifications: 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of television and film production and distribution.
• 2 years or more of relevant production accounting experience.
• 1 year experience in television and film production payroll.
• Understanding of entertainment pension, health and welfare contributions.
• Working knowledge of the types of compensation within guild agreements including residuals that employers pay contributions upon.
• Accounting degree preferred.
• Data analysis proficiency using a variety of software packages. 
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills. 
• Ability to schedule, track and perform multiple tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Some travel required.
