Data Analysis Coordinator/Customer Support

Responsibilities & Job Duties Include:
  • Handle inbound customer and technical support calls while maintaining positive relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Make outbound calls to collect information on behalf of clients
  • Conduct Web Trainings for clients via GoToMeeting
  • Interact with clients to resolve customer issues
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including extensive use of Excel
  • Prior use of gotomeeting.com preferred
  • Excellent analytical skill and good with numbers
  • Organized and diligent
  • A comprehensive understanding of data analysis techniques
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
  • College Degree Preferred with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
