We are looking for a full-time Bookkeeper experienced with general ledger, journal entries, cash receipts, disbursements, and more. 
Job Description:
  • Keep track of client assets
  • Maintain General Ledger
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Analyze and prepare adjustments to accounting records
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Responsible for financial reporting and preparation of income tax returns
Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3– 5 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to multi-task and must be very organized
  • Familiarity using SAGE 100, QuickBooks, Datafaction, or other bookkeeping software a plus
  • Experience with financial statements, payroll, payroll tax returns, and 1099's, A/R and A/P is preferred
  • Entertainment or union experience helpful, but not required
