We are looking for a full-time Bookkeeper experienced with general ledger, journal entries, cash receipts, disbursements, and more.
Job Description:
- Keep track of client assets
- Maintain General Ledger
- Prepare financial statements
- Analyze and prepare adjustments to accounting records
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Responsible for financial reporting and preparation of income tax returns
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 3– 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to multi-task and must be very organized
- Familiarity using SAGE 100, QuickBooks, Datafaction, or other bookkeeping software a plus
- Experience with financial statements, payroll, payroll tax returns, and 1099's, A/R and A/P is preferred
- Entertainment or union experience helpful, but not required
