Bookkeeper (Business Management)

North Hollywood, CA
We are looking for a Bookkeeper experienced with general ledger, journal entries, cash receipts, disbursements, and more to work within our business management team. They will be responsible for maintaining the books and accounting records of financial transactions for the firm's clients. Firm's clients include those within the entertainment and labor union industry.
Job Description:
  • Manage multiple sets of financial records of client assets
  • Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and perform payroll duties       
  • Reconcile bank accounts
Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to multi-task and must be very organized
  • Familiarity using QuickBooks, Datafaction, or other bookkeeping software a plus
  • Experience with financial statements, payroll, payroll tax returns, Forms 1099, A/R and A/P is preferred
