Administrative Assistant/Office Services

North Hollywood, CA
You help to answer questions and solve problems that arise in the office. You create the positive first impression for our employees, clients and visitors.  There is a lot of variety in the tasks you complete each day, and you must be adept at multi-tasking; no job is too big or too small.  We are looking for a smart, energetic person to join our Admin. team. We will train you, but you must be a confident computer user, a fast learner and willing to work. There is some paid overtime work required.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedule conference rooms and arrange meeting room/event setup and food orders
  • Assign parking spaces for employees and guests
  • Coordinate weekly desk assignments/hotel workspace program
  • Answer phones and greet clients and visitors
  • Contact staff/auditors at client sites
  • Send, receive and process deliveries including mail, Fed Ex, UPS, messenger
  • Order and stock office supplies
  • Data entry to update records in databases
  • Scan, photocopy and assembly projects, light typing and formatting of documents
  • Schedule vendors for office maintenance projects
  • Other projects assigned by the Partners or Managers will make your day fly by!
Job Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
  • Professional and outgoing, able to interact professionally with all levels of the organization from Staff to Partners, as well as with clients and visitors to the office.
  • A problem solver with a “can do” attitude
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks
  • Good computer skills and the ability to learn and apply new technology
