Job Responsibilities:

In the MarComm Specialist role, you will be responsible for helping to drive forward the department’s initiatives, campaigns, and goals. You will provide continuous support for social media, web updates, email campaigns, promotional merchandise, and proposals, among other administrative duties for the department.
  • Social media: create integrated social campaigns
  • Website: upload blog posts and page updates
  • Design: one-sheets, presentations, ads, etc.
  • Assemble proposals (InDesign)
  • Promotional merchandise: manage vendors, oversee inventory
  • Brand management: ensure style guidelines are followed
Job Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, professional services, or other B2B marketing-communications role
  • Solid understanding of all mainstream social media platforms
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Intermediate skills with Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong attention to detail & organization skills
  • Strong multi-tasker who can manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
  • Commitment to quality
  • Stays current with evolving technologies, platforms, and best practices
Individuals who will thrive in this role will bring critical thinking, emotional intelligence, an executive presence, intellectual curiosity, and be results-driven. Ideal candidates also have these skills & experience:
  • Experience managing and driving engagement on social media for a professional services firm
  • Familiar with Hootsuite, CoSchedule, or similar
  • Photography and/or video production skills
  • Experience drafting proposals/responses to RFPs
  • Google Ads & Analytics experience
  • Familiar with CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce, or other)
